You will take part in an interactive challenge working in groups testing your critical thinking, teamwork, leadership, resilience and negotiation skills.


11.45 – 12:15    Careers fair (with a difference)
This is a great chance to meet people working in the insurance industry and to learn about all the different aspects that come into this industry worldwide! You will meet and chat with Howden colleagues, industry experts and representatives from our partner organisations (Equity, Chartered Insurance Institute, Royal Agricultural University, Wiser Academy and Lloyds of London). There will be lots of fun in this session as we have a live photobooth! Games including pit stop challenge and mega wire, as well as the chance to have a go on an Equicizer! ​
